Welcome to my new website! ..I thought I would use this blog section to introduce myself :)
My name is Jenny Griffin, im currently 39 years old, and am living/based in Cheltenham, in the beautiful Cotswolds.
I have have always had a passion for cooking/baking and creating, and have more than 20 years in the catering industry, although baking was not my focal point until I took myself back to college (aged 32) and got my level 3 NVQ in Pasty & Patisserie...from that moment on I was hooked, and after making multiple cakes for family and friends decided to take it to the next level, since that moment things just went a little crazy and for the last 6 years have been a full time cake maker!..and I love every moment and all aspects of my job!!
I get to work with the most wonderful people (happy couples planning their big day, and also all the family celebrations from one year to the next)...as every cake is bespoke it makes my job even more fun and fruitful as I get a new challenge most days.
I Hope you enjoy my portfolio, and my cakes if you have ever had one from me, and I'm hopeful to use this blog space now to share information, recipe's, even possibly tutorials as and when I can.
